Common questions
How do I get my FEVAL Score?
Create a free account, click "New Evaluation", describe your business idea in plain language, and submit. Results arrive in under 3 minutes.
My evaluation is stuck on "evaluating" — what do I do?
This usually means one of the AI models is slow. Wait 5 minutes and refresh. If it's still stuck, email support@feval.ai with your evaluation ID.
Can I re-run an evaluation?
Yes. Start a new evaluation with the same idea — each run uses one of your monthly credits. Results may differ slightly between runs as AI consensus evolves.
How do I download my PDF report?
Open any completed evaluation, go to the Results page, and click "Download PDF". Your browser's print dialog will open — choose "Save as PDF".
How do I enquire about a partnership or integration?
Email hello@feval.ai with a brief description of your organisation and what you have in mind. We typically respond within 2 business days.
